whoaaaa..... almost week 4th,
what do you think? do I have any Progress??hmm.. I hope so!
couple week backwards been bit reversing as trying hard avoiding delicious home meals cooked by Mom and keep the Gym and workout routine. fiuhhh.. that was hard my friend.
this week I only did 2 workouts and promise to pay it back when coming back to site. I won't give up and I can't give up.
So today I'm coming back to site, even I'm really not looking forward back to works I'm glad it will be good for this Journey, will be less temptation of foods and I can push my self to get more workout.
I will put all my self power on this if I wanna make a big and good change for better me.
this week still in mourning and sad vibe around following a year of my best friend gone, and last week was a decade Dad passed away.
I was okay, feeling bit bitter but not really much having away salty water from my eyes.
I hope I can get more often writing in this page, I feel good and maybe much better to write down all my thought as therapy.
